Shipping policy

 


All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). You will receive an email confirmation initially upon placing an order. Once the order has been processed you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number.  

Occasional shipping delays may occur as high seasonal volumes increase with our carriers. Although it is our goal is to provide timely and reliable service, sometimes these external circumstances are outside of our control. 

domestic shipping 

We offer domestic shipping within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please select the level of service and estimated shipping window that best suits your needs.

how do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of the estimated tracking arrival date, please contact us at hello@hartwoodhomecollective.com.  Once we have the details of your name and order number,  we would be happy to look into it for you.

shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you have included a mailing address to avoid any inconvenience.
